Sentinel is a compliance monitoring platform that helps organizations track and manage their compliance posture against frameworks such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001. The Service includes automated monitoring, evidence collection, reporting, and remediation tools.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription after the free trial period. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We will not access your data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Sentinel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
